Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to enquire about the information of historical exhibition. I am a student form CGU We have a social survey project, so l am going toe organize our class to the historical exhibition in Chapis next month.

We wilhpooking the bus so we can go together. I would like to know the dates of the exhibition opening and closing and parking information. Besides, I would like introduction about the exhibition content. I would appreciate ifsend any document related the exhibition you have. Since we will have a report

in our class, so / want to know it is possible to take the photos in the exhibition? If taking photos is unavailable, is there any material that you could provide for us the show about the exhibition for our report.

In addition, I am wondering that is there available discounts for students or group and anything we need to prepare for it. Thank you in advance for your help.
