Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to thank you for your time and care you provided me while I was admitted.

I literally have no words to say how much I am thankful to you for this deed.

My name is Mehtabel Fayaz, by profession I am a physiotherapist and I work in city care hospital for past five years. I just really want to appreciate your this kind act as nowadays there are very few people who are willing to help an unknown person. You are true example of humanity who saved other person life without any blood relation or any family terms. I want ot heartdily thank you for your care and time you invested on me.

I would like you to visit my home and my whole family really wants to meet you in person. We will have a lunch together and have good time.
