I am writing this letter to complain about my recent experience from your online store.
To begin with, the product I purchased was a small sized black bag. It was advertised as a crossbody bag with additional shoulder strap. However, the product I received was a red handbag. The color of the bag was faded from several areas. Moreover, it was looking like a second hand bag. It was my first time buying from your store, I read positive online reviews before making a purchase, but I was disappointed that nothing is trust-worthy online these days. I tried to call the customer service several times, but my call was not connected even once.
I bought this bag as surprise gift for my sister; however, due to the negligence of your staff, my whole surprise was ruined.
Last but not least, I would like your company to refund my amount I paid for the bag. In addition, kindly improve your customer service and train your staff to avoid making these kinds of mistakes in future for upcoming customers.
I hope you take situation into consideration and resolve my issue soon.
