Dear Sir
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction concerning some items I bought from your store. I placed an order for two items on your website two weeks ago, and my products got delivered to me yesterday.
I have been a regular customer of the store and didn’t expect any disappointment. However, to my surprise, I ordered for an off-shoulder shirt and a black palazzo trouser and got something entirely different.
Instead of an off-shoulder top, I got a round neck shirt and my palazzo trouser was replaced with a baggy jean. I would like to know why I received something different from what I purchased because it is heart breaking considering the fact that I paid a large sum of money for them.
Furthermore, I would like to know what the company policy says about this. Would I be getting a refund or the items will be replaced? Also, I insist that a solution be found immediately.
