I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I recently received at your business. On 15 April, I booked a full car servicing package at your service centre, which included engine oil replacement, brake inspection, wheel alignment, and interior cleaning.
Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the quality of the service provided. Firstly, although I was informed that the servicing would take approximately three hours, I had to wait for nearly six hours without receiving any proper explanation for the delay. Secondly, after returning home, I noticed that the interior of my car had not been cleaned properly, as there was still dust on the dashboard and seats. Additionally, within two days, I observed that the engine oil indicator light was still on, which made me question whether the oil had actually been replaced as promised.
As a regular customer, I expected a much higher standard of professionalism and efficiency. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and provide a complimentary re-service to ensure that all the promised work is completed properly. Furthermore, I believe your staff would benefit from better time management and quality checks before handing vehicles back to customers.
