I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your restaurant. I have visited your restaurant several times before and usually enjoy both the food and atmosphere. However, my latest visit on Friday evening was quite unpleasant.
The main issue was the extremely poor customer service. After placing our order, my family and I had to wait almost one hour for the food to arrive. In addition, one of the dishes was served cold, and the waiter seemed uninterested when we politely informed him about the problem. We also noticed that several other customers around us were facing similar delays.
This incident negatively affected our dining experience because we had chosen your restaurant to celebrate my sister’s birthday. Instead of enjoying the evening, we felt frustrated and disappointed due to the long wait and lack of attention from the staff.
I believe the restaurant could improve its service by training staff members to communicate more politely with customers and by managing orders more efficiently during busy hours. It would also help if managers regularly checked customer satisfaction while people are dining.
I hope you will take this feedback seriously and make improvements in the future. I would like to continue visiting your restaurant because I have always appreciated the quality of your food.
