Dear Mr. Smith,

I am Andrea Ragone, I am a History professor of Oxford School. As every year, we are organizing a visit to a historical exhibition for a social survey project. I heard thrown a professor of another school about the historical exhibition you are organizing. After not finding all the necessary details on the website, I am reaching out to require about additional information. This information would be crucial for our school president to determine if this exhibition could be suitable for our trip. Firstly, I would like to enquire about the program of the event, could you please send us all the activities scheduled? Secondly, as we are going to scheduled the visit on Octuber, could you please inform us about the dates of opening and closing of the exhibition? Finally, due to the fact that we will be fourty, we would like to know if you can offer us any type of discount for big scholar groups.
