Dear Dr. Sadeghian,

I hope this letter finds you well.

I am writing to request a reference letter for my new job application, if possible. I am applying for a position as a postdoctoral research fellowship at the Harvard University. If they accept me, I will work in a laboratory to work on a cardiology project.

Having dreamed to be a prosperous cardiologist, I found this position helpful for my career journey. Not only will this job be practical to enhance my research skills, but it will also promote my cardiology knowledge. Therefore, I believe this is a top-notch opportunity to have better job prospects.
