Overall, S1 appears to be bigger than S2 and both of them are sited next to the city centre. Additionally, S1 is in residential area whereas S2 is located in industrial estate.
It can clearly be seen in the illustration that site 1 is situated in north direction of the city, within the housing estate. Also, it can be a convinient place to reach by shoppers as it has got railways and roads next to it and visitors can also visit river flowing beside this site.
However, the another site is estabilished in factory area in south – east of the town. This site covers lesser land than the other one but have same transport options around it as another option, which are road and railway. However, no tourist attraction can be found near this one
