The following process diagram illustrates the process of ethanol production. The process consists of several phases from harvesting of plants and trees to emitted carbon dioxide from vehicles and aeroplanes.
Plants and trees harvested are preprocessed at first and then processed again to get ethanol produce ethanol which is used to fuel vehicles and aeroplanes.
According to chart, plants and trees grow using energy source as sunlight and carbon dioxide, which is then harvested and preprocessed to obtain cellulose. Subsequently, processing is done to obtain sugars which is added with microbes to finally produce ethanol. This ethanol is used as fuel in vehicles and aeroplanes, which emits carbon dioxide, necessary as energy source for plants and trees.
