The given diagram illustrates the process in which cheese is made.
Overall, 9 main phases are involved in the process of manufacturing cheese, commencing with producting raw milk with beneficial bacteria and culminating with transporting cheese products to shops for consumption.
The process starts with the raw milk and bacteria being combined together to create a new mixture before a required amount of enzyme is added to it. Consequently, the solidification process takes place and forms curds. Then, these formed curds are cut into small pieces. After that, these small pieces are heated in suitable temperature to drain them.
The process continues with adding salt into freshly drained curd before they are shapped by workers. Following this, theyare kept to ferment for 2 months. Afterwards fermentation time is completed, cheese products are created and carefully packaged in specialized boxes. In the final stage, they will be transported to shop to consume.
