Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to you regarding the apartment i rented 5 months ago on a six-month agreement, I will like to extend my stay in the apartment for another six months and I will be happy if you grant my request.

I am extending my stay in the apartment because the company I am working with wants me to extend my supervision on the project I am leading. The supervision can not be done virtually, so I need to be physically present. They also promise to cover all my finances and make sure my stay is worthwhile.

The main reason why I choose to extend my stay in your apartment is because of the location, It is very close to where I work. Also, I enjoy the views from the apartment. But, I want you to work on the air conditioner in the apartment, we are approaching summer and I can’t survive in heat. Kindly look into this and make ammendments.
