Dear Mrs. Kocaoglu,

I am writing to request more time in your apartment. Please allow me to elaborate on the situation.

As you know, when we first had a deal, I said I would stay here for six months than leave. Unfortunately, things have changed. I need to stay here a bit longer. If there is no one you expect to rent your house, I would like to extend our current agreement.

The reason I want to stay here is related to my job. Normally, I was going to transfered to another location, but executives chose someone else. Therefore, I must wait one year. I thought moving to new location in the same city would affect my budget in a bad way, so staying here would be extremely helpful.

The noise has become a significant problem. There are new college students moved to my floor. I understand they are young but sometimes noise affect my daily routine. I would be grateful if you could forward to this issue to their landlord.
