Manufacturing was dominant user that consumed 33% of total current in 1995, also followed by food sector at 24%. Both of parts remained as big user of heat in 2005, though their proportion barely declined to 31% and 21%.
In 1995, the fishery industry consume 20% of current, but this decreased to 13% in 2005, that made it lowest category. Meanwhile, household consumption grew five times more, turning into the third largest sector. Service industry, which rose to 15% in 2005, overrun fishery district .
