Overall it looks like Peveril Centre provided the most satisfactory service to their patients, Marchbank was a close second and Longston performed the worst.
It is interesting to note that not only does Peveril have the highest average but also the highest rating in all categories. Starting with booking appointments, Peveril Centre was the clear winner with a 1.3 higher rating than Marchbank and 3.9 higher than Longston. All three centres had a very similar rating for Doctors’ service, with less than a 0,5 difference between each centre. On the other hand when it came to responding to concerns Peveril took the clear lead with a 9.6 while Marchbank wasn’t even close with a 6.5.
The closest Marchbank came to Peveril was in the caring of children category but lost by 0.2 points while Longston came last with a 6.3. In pharmacy we see the same trend with Peveril leading with a rating of 6.3, Marchbank trying to follow along with 5.8 and Longston getting a 5.1. We can also see response to concerns is where Peveril performed its best, while the other 2 centres did their best in the doctors. service category. On the other end Longston got the worst score in response to concerns, whereas the other 2 got their lowest rating in Pharmacy.
