Overall, the data for legal immigrants was considerable fluctuation before reaching its peak during the period, and ethnic composition mostly was Hispanic and Asian.
In terms of the legal entered peole, the data had witnessed remarkable decline, starting at over 1.05 before dropping to 0.25 in the first five years in the period. The number of legal people increased suddently and reached its peak at over 1.1 in ten years later. These figures was slight fluctuation from 1.1 to 1.05 then rose again to around 1.1 in 2015. At the end of the period, it slightly decrease to1.05.
On the other hand, the portion of ethnic has diffirece in USA’s immigrants. The Hispanic first ranks in the survey with 45.0%, following by the Asian with 25%. The pecentage of white and black was 15% and 10%, oher ethnic recorded at 5% in the country.
