Dear The Manager of Manulife Insurance,

I am writing this letter to request about withdraw my insurance claim. I took the gold travel insurance packages which it include full recovery of any missing goods up to 80 million rupiah per trip. I have lost my suitcase on the plane. Inside my suitcase are my clothes, watches, and shoes. My losses approximately 45 million rupiah. My trip was from Jakarta (CGK) to Istanbul (IST) on November 21st, 2025, and i was traveling by Turkish Airlines. My suitcase was lost while i was looking for it at the airport. I have inquired with the steward regarding this issue. However, there is no clue about it.

I hope Manulife Insurance make easier for me to claim insurance for lost items as promise by your salesman. In addition, I have read detail about asurance package i have chosen. I will give you details at attachment files about my tickets, my insurance gold travel card, and my suitcase video at all.
