Dear sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my concern about luggage bag, which I lost in recent travelling from Canada to London. I request you to provide me full insuranse amount for lost items.

It was mid size american red suitcase with black guitar sticker on front side. I also, attached name tag on top handle. It has peacock design on the other side of the suitcase which looks like a anime character.

I was travelling to main airport of London on 21st January. After my immigration when I reached to collect my bags I noticed that one of my bag was missing. Moreover, I waited there for almost 2 hours in hope that I will receive my bags. When I did not receive my bags, I informed this matter to airport staff, and they told me that they might lost my bag. When I describe my situation to lost baggage department they took my complaint and gave me copy of complaint.

I humbly request you to provide me full amount that is written in travel insurance. I waited enough and I recently got mail from airport that they did not find my luggage. Copy of complaint and mail from the airport staff is also attached with this mail as a proof.
