I am writing this letter to draw your attention to the issues frequently faced by the citizens of Navai due to the poor internet connection around the city. There are several problems usually encountered by people related to the inferior service in the public buildings such as banks, schools, restaurants, shops etc. Firstly, the internet speed have been consistently slow during peak hours. This has resulted in many of us decreasing working process and delaying significant appointments. Secondly, data cap restrictions for a month are not enough for these days as a result majority of people hit the limits in a few days and cut off from their networks. Lastly, outdated routers network wires are in a very poor conditions and need some modernizations. Internet access has become a main source of digital world (economic) in all spheres. However , with dropped out connection and slow speed internet service provided by the company, we are extremely disappointed and suffered from inconvenience.
