Overall, it is evident that the majority of the time is spent on technical courses, meanwhile, the highest number of secretaries possess importance towards their occupation. Additionally, 33.33%of a quarter of the total learning hours were towards health and safety, however, slightly below one-tenth of the managers wasted precious time.-
To begin with the pie chart, over 50% of total training hours per annum were regarding technicality, whereas, a quarter of it was spent on career development. Two-hirds of a quarter occupied interpersonal skills compared to only a third of it in health and safety.
On the other hand, the bar graph depicted that over 80% of the secretaries felt the importance of the job, in comparison to slightly below 80% ofmanagers showing this attitude. In contrast, time wastage was represented by over and below 10% by both managers and secretaries, respectively. Although, avisible difference of 15% was seen amongst the two in favor of networking, with the mangers being at 45% of the total on the lower hand. A reason of excuse was portrayed by three-fourths of a quarter of the secretaries and slightly over 60% by the managers.
