The layout of health centre shows the changes in the present year with respect to the year 2005.

To begin with,the entrance formally from south side shifted towards south -west. There is also a change noticed in the reception area, which is left side and children play area newely added enimities in right side. In 2005 there were 11 seats for patients, now in reception area 17 seats arrangement available. Physiotherapy room has no change in new design,there is an addition of minor operations room in North west side just near to physiotherapy room. Old entry gate now covered with CR1 and CR2 cabins.

In east side of health centre there was CR2 and CR1 cabin now replaced by CR4 and CR3 respectively. Office remain at same place but extended minor. Car parking with 12 spaces in year 2005 has been enlarged by 30 car spaces. Garden area was large in year 2005, in south west corner cross fencing was there and another one is parallel to east down side to CR1 cabin. Now there js an addition of recreational area of car parking so garden fencing has changed. One is top most corner of the map towards to west side and second one is South east corner.

Overall the modernization of health centre have been made for provide better facilities to the costomers.
