The maps illustrate the changes that have taken place in a gallery since 2005. Overall, following the alterations, the art gallery has been redeveloped and experienced significant modifications. The introduction of a lift and a ramp for disabled people improved accessibility for these visitors. It is also clear that exhibition rooms remained intact, except for room four, which has been replaced with the interactive area for children.
In terms of the changes that have taken place in the gallery’s ground floor, children’s interactive area is one of them. The fourth exhibition room, which was located at the south-west side of the gallery, has been replaced with this entertainment area for children. In the north-west area, the former café, shop, and gallery office have been converted into a gallery shop with three vending machines. Notably, the stairs of the gallery have been developed and a new lift and ramp have been installed for disabled people at the north and south sides of the gallery. The last change is related to the reception desk at the center of the gallery; it has been relocated and redesigned into an oval shape
By contrast, some part of the gallery remained unchanged. These include three exhibition rooms, which are located in the eastern part of the gallery.
