The flow chart demonstrates how plastic bottles are reprocessed into consumer goods.
Overall, the flow chart shows different steps about how plastic bottles are being recycled. There are nine steps in this flow chart that demonstrate the whole process of recycling. From collecting waste to manufacturing end products and this whole process will be regulated again.
First of all, the waste collecting van collects the waste from different places. After collecting plastic waste, they are sent to recycling center for sorting. Because all the plastics are not recyclable. After sorting these, the recyclable plastics are shifted to the compressing machine. This machine oppressed the plastic and turned it into a cubicle blocks. At fifth step, cubical blocks are transformed towards the crushing machine. However, in the crushing machine, the cubicle blocked are being crushed into small particles are being washed.
In six step, washed particles are shifted to the machine which produce plastic pellets. Seventh step involves in heating plastic pellets which were produced in previous steps so that raw materials can be manufactured. However, in the second last step raw material in formed. Lastly, the raw materials that were formed in previous step used to manufacture the consumer products like bottles box, pen, T-shirt, bag.
