The image diagram illustrates the physical infrastructure of a home build smokehouse and its operations.
Overall, it is clear that it takes five different steps for smokehouse to cook food, and the structure comprises both underground and above the ground components.
To begin with, there are two lids in the structure. The entrance of this instrument remains covered with one lid. Fresh air from the atmosphere enters into the smokey through the lid. After getting inside, the air travels inside and gets trapped since the other lid is closed. As a result, the air lights up a fire inside.
There are bamboos lined up beneath the second lid. These woods facilitate the burning. A pipe is present joining the underground to the upstream. The smoke travels through the pipe and opens up on ground level. The box above the ground makes sure that the air does not leak outside. Inside this box, the raw food is hanged with the help of a stick. This food is cooked by the smoke released by the underground fire.
