The image presents two maps of Porth Harbour, one from 2000 and one from today. In 2000, the layout included a Main Road to the west with access to: a northern section containing Showers & toilets, a Car park, and a Marina for private yachts; and a southern section with another Car park and a Fishing boats area. A road along the southern shore led past a Lifeboat station to a disused Castle on a peninsula, which had a Public beach. The harbour itself contained a Dock, a Passenger ferries area, and another Public beach to the north. In the map for today, the northern section west of the Main Road now has Showers & toilets, a Car park, and the Fishing boats area; south of this are a new Showers & toilets facility, the original southern Car park, and the relocated Marina for private yachts. The southern road now features Cafes & shops, the Lifeboat station, and a Hotel which has replaced the castle; the adjacent beach is now a Private beach for the hotel. The Dock has been enlarged, while the northern Public beach and Passenger ferries area remain.

Porth Harbour in 2000 looks a lot different from Porth harbour today as clearly there were some adjustments made throughout out the years.
Porth harbour in 2000 offered two public beaches where one is located in the north shore and the second beach is located in the south shore beside the castle, there was also two parking spaces available the first one is located in the north besides the yacht’s marina with showers and toilets accessible in that area for visitors, the second parking space is accessible through a side road and it’s by the fishing boats.
Unlike today Porth harbour has new additions to it like a hotel and it’s located where the castle used to be on the south east end. They also have cafes and shops to serve the visitors to Porth harbour they’re located on the left side of the life boats before the hotel. The two parking spaces are both accessible from the main road, the fishing boats were switched with the private yacht marina, like before in the 2000 the fishing boats were towards the south now they are towards the north of the harbour.
