Overall, dinner and snacks are the primery recourses of nutrients. Specifically dinner contains the highest persenteges of sodium and saturated fat, while snacks account for the largest level of added sugar. In contrast, breakfast contributes the least to the daily intake of all three substences.
Regarding sodium and saturated fat, the data shows a similar pattern. Dinner is leading in both nutriens, accouting 43% and 37% respectively. Linch follows as the second largest source, with 29% for sodium and 26% for saturated fat. Interestingly, snacks contain more saturated fat (21%) then sodium (14%), whereas breakfast accounts for only 14% and 16% respectively.
In terms of added sugar, snacks represent the highest persentage at 42%, while the dinner is following with 23% Lunch and breakfast amount to the least proportion at 19% and 16% respectively
