In general, Android is the most widely used platform in all of the countries, while Windows is used the least, except for in Brazil. Android varies significantly across the five countries but overall stays between the other two of its opponents.
Android is favoured the most in Brazil, where it accounts for 91% of all mobile phone platforms in the country. The platform represents more than 70% in Germany and China, and more than 50% in the UK and the USA.
Windows makes up no more than 9% in any of the countries, with the most use in Germany and the least in China, which is 1%. It is also noteworthy that the USA is the only country where iOS makes up more than 40% of all mobile phone platforms, at 43%.
