The given chart compares mobile phone platforms usage in five different regions namely the UK, the US, Germany, China, and Brazil.
Overall, Android platform is popular in all countries, while Windows is the least attracted. Meanwhile, Ios shows the average shares, with the exception of Brazil, where it is the least in use.
There are almost similar proportions for the UK and the US, the latter accounts for 51.5% and the latter slighly higher at 52% in Android platform. It is followed by IOS, where both represent approximately 41%. Windows is the least used, with 7.5% users in the UK and 4% people in the US. In contrast, Brazil records the highest figure in Android use, at 91%. IOS accounts for 4%, which is the lowest mark for this category, Windows make up only 5%.
In terms of Germany and China, there are small gap in Android usage, 71% for Germany and 73% for China. By contrast, IOS is more popular in China,at 25% compared to Germany’s 18%. The reverse pattern is seen in Windows apply, where Germany overtakes China by 8%.
