the given chart below illustrates that the percentage change in average house prices in five different cities between 1990 and 2002 compared with 1989.

In the evident that the most amount of percentage was London with approximately 12 % between 1996 and 2002. Despite the fact that this level was in the bottom with amount of -8% in the 1990’s. Following that the prices of Japan houses raised from -8% to -5%. Subsquently it can be seen that the New York percentage increased sighnificantly to 10%. On the other hand the Madrid level went up about 2% from 2% to 4%.

In summary all of this trends climbed over the years. It is noticable that the level of London was the highest rated trend. Cause of this it raised to approximately 25%.On the other hand Madrid was in the bottom of the list. It raised only 2% through the years
