The charts compare the proportion of the satisfaction levels of students with various amenities at a university in the UK.
Overall, the majority of students in both groups expressed high levels of satisfaction with all three aspects. While undergraduates generally showed greater contentment than postgraduates about school facilities, postgraduates were noticeably satisfied with school rooms and coffeeshop.
With regard to school rooms, the proportion of students reported analogous levels of happiness, 62% for undergraduates and 63% for postgraduates. Similar patterns can also be observed in the remaining categories, accounting for 25% of undergraduates and 23% of postgraduates reported being not satisfied. The students were quite satisfied about school rooms, 13% and 14% respectively for undergraduates and postgraduates.
About coffee shop of university, postgraduates indicated substantially higher levels than undergraduates satisfaction. The percentages of undergraduates, who were not satisfied (26%), was twice as high as postgraduates (11%), while quite satisfied postgraduates, with only 16%, were slightly lower than quite satisfied undergraduates (22%).
Turning to the school facilities, there are a significant disparity about very satisfied between undergraduates and postgraduates, more than 80% for undergraduates and less than half of postgraduates (43%). A striking contrast can be seen from the charts, under 5% of undergraduates compared to 25% of postgraduates, who were not satisfied. The opposite was true for quite satisfied students.
