Overall, it is clear that at the beginning of the year secondary educators who aged under 30 in Brasil was the highest percentage but, dramatically decreased during the period. While, their percentege in Czech Pepublic started with lowest percent and fluctuated by 2017.

In detail, in 2010 young mentors in Brasil were more at about 20%. However, since 2011 it begun declined and remained slightly less percentage at about 15% in 2017. At the same time, indicator of teachers under 30 year in Luxembourg was the less lower than Brasil in 2010 to approximately 20%. By 2012 it had falled to 15% and reached about to 10% in 2017.
