The diagrams indicate the current layout of an office building and the proposed design after redevelopment. Overall, the office building will experience major alterations, with key changes including the removal of open green spaces, the reorganization of workspaces, and new amenities.
In the existing area, the building is surrounded by grass on both sides, but only the left side of the building is accessible from the inside. There are four office rooms which are the same size situated on the left next to the main entrance. On the opposite side of the building are a kitchen, canteen, and a storeroom next to each other. Finally, a small restroom is positioned in the corner by the storeroom.
The proposed layout has notable changes, such as the kitchen and canteen converted into offices, while the storeroom remains untouched. The current row of offices will also be restructured into two larger ones. The main entrance will be moved into the center. Beside that, the grass on the right side will be removed and turned into a new area where the new amenities will take place. The toilet is now in the top right corner of the building, between the storeroom and the toilet will be a coffee machine installed. On the bottom right of the building will be the meeting area. Finally, the grass on the left side of the building will add a new outdoor seating area.
