Here is a revised version with improved grammar and vocabulary:

There are mainly two maps of the University Sports Centre: Present and Future. Currently, the Centre is quite simple. In the middle, there is a 25-meter pool. To the left side of the pool is a changing room, and to the right, there is a seating area. The entrance is towards the north, where a reception counter is located. In addition to the main entrance, there are outdoor courts on both the eastern and western sides of the Centre.

Looking at the future plans for the Centre, the entrance remains the same, but several significant changes are planned. At the beginning of the entrance, there will be a sports shop, followed by a changing room on the western side. On the eastern side of the entrance, there will be a café along with another changing room. The reception counter and pool area will remain as they are in the present. However, slight modifications will be made around the pool. Behind the changing area, a leisure pool will be constructed, and behind the seating area, a sports hall will be built. The gym will be located on the northern side of the Centre. Upon entering the Centre, head towards the eastern side and then to the left, where two new dance studios will be installed as part of our future plans.
