The diagram elucidates the changes that have been made to the student common room
over a period of five years until now.
Overall, it can be observed that the room has experienced several noticeable modifications, including the addition of new facilities and some relocation of furniture. While some items in the room have remained in the old position, the room now appears to be more modern and better for students.
To begin with, the common room had four round tables places in distincts corners of the room five years ago and each table surrounded by chairs. Alongside the wall, there were variety kitchen equiments such as a cupboard, a sink, two benches, a refrigerator and a microwave. Moreover, a bookshelf was located in the bottom right in the corner of the common room.
Moving on to at present, there was a round table in the top left corner has been rearranged by a rectangular table with more chairs around it. Additionally, one more microwave has been added next to the first one and a drinking machine has been installed in the right side of the room. The next change was the bookshelf has been removed to added a television and two armchairs which made a small relaxation place. Finally, a bench for laptops has been located along the bottom wall for students to use their devices.
