Overall, it is a linear process of consisting of eight main stages, beginning with the olives are collected and ending with the olive oil is transported to the store.
The process begins when the olives are collected by the rake and stored in the vat from two to three days. Following this, these olives are delivered to the washing machine where it is cleaned with cool water. After that, the fresh olives are crushed by the hammer, the olive stones are sorted into a container.
Subsequently, the olive paste are transported in the pipe to the pressing and filtering machine where it is squeeze by the hydraulic press and filtered into the oil. In the next step, the oil is spinned and divided into the water and oil by centrefuge. At the last stage, the olive oil is packaged in bottles and transported to the shop.
