Dear Robert, sir,
I am writing this letter to you regarding the condition of the accommodation that I rented recently. Although, I believe
the repairs were done last month, but still there are major loopholes left.
First of all, the mold in both washrooms of my place is still there, and secondly, the wooden door at the entrance is noisy and often gets stuck when in use. If
I suggest, you could hire a good
repair person to fix all of this by this week, rather than trying to fix everything yourself.
Moreover, there are many people in my contact list who could help you to fix these issues and check other things in the house as well. Otherwise, I will vacate this accommodation by the end of this month.
Hoping for a positive response and cooperation on your side.
Yours faithfully,
Prachi Chopra
