Dear Landlord,
Hope this letter finds you in great spirits.
I am writing this to inform you that I have recently rented your apartment G2 on First floor two weeks before with my friend Rachel on November 28th. Though I am aware that our apartment have undergone some serious renovation, we are still facing some issues that needs immediate professional attention.
The water in the bathtub takes longer time to drain and we suspect that the pipe lines must be changed as the current one appears to be rusty and old. I contacted one of my friends through video call who works a plumber in a different city where he advised me to contact the landlord as it needs a local plumber to visit in-person to resolve.
Since My friend and I are new to this city and we don’t have any reliable source to connect with a plumber, I humbly request you to call one of them to pay a visit to our apartment at the earliest to have the issue fixed.
We thank you for your best support in advance.
With warm regards,
Suganya
