In 2000, about 50% of people in Yemen were children, but in Italy only 14%. Adults were 46% in Yemen and 61% in Italy. Old people were 3% in Yemen and 24% in Italy.
In 2050, the number of children in Yemen will go down to 37% and adults will go up to 57%. Old people will be 5%. In Italy, children will be only 11%, adults about 46% and old people will rise to 42%.
