The presented chart describes facts about how many male and female college students studied Computer Science at a UK university from 2010 to 2012. At first glance, it is evident that the total number for both male and female British students were significantly higher compared to International students in computer science.
In 2010, the figure of local learners for men stood at 39. However, 2011 saw a dramatic plunge, reaching under 25 of the domestic male students. Ultimately, domestic students had a peak at about 43 in 2012, becoming the highest throughout the period given for male. In contrast, between 2010 and 2012, men from overseas who went to study at a UK universities were always fewer than locals, but had improved significantly from 20 to approximately 38.
The women had different patterns, local learners started at 32 in 2010, whereas 2011 to 2012 the figure saw a considerable rise to around 50. Whereas, international students for women undergraduates were relatively low, no more than 20 people throughout the three-year period.
