Overall,finances and heavy workload were major concerns among 25-54 age group. Meanwhile, those from 55 to 64, 65 to 74, and over 75 were less to encounter worry about workload-related problems and finances issues.
Looking first at the younger group, stress from working too much was the most common issue among those aged 25-54, with around 25% affected. Financial difficulties were also a major concern for both the 25-54 and 55-64 age groups, with roughly 15% and 13% of individuals citing it as a primary cause, respectively. Health problems, however, caused relatively little stress in these groups.
Turning to the older group, health-related stress become more significant among older individuals. About 23% of people aged 75 and over reported health issues as their main source of stress, compared to just 4% of the 25-54 group. The most striking trend was in the 75+ age group, where 35% to feel stress for no particular reason
