The bar charts illustrates the number of goverment who spends on roads and transport in 4 countries such as, Italy, Portugal, UK and USA in the years 1990, 1995, 2000 and 2005
Overall portugal got the highest percentage in the 1990, while the UK got the lowest percentage by 2000, and the other countries declined by the years while some of them rising slowly.
In the 1990, portugal is the highest country, they got more than 25% while over the years percentage of portugal are decreasing and by 2005 they reached around 15%, Italy is the second highest besides of portugal, they got 20% in the 1990 and fall over the years untul 2000 around 10% and they rise in the 2005 and had 15%.
On the other hand, UK is the lowest percentage in 1990 which is only around 10% then it increasing in the 1995 and had less than 15% then it fall to 5% in the 2000 and had a slightly rise to around 8% in 2005. Moreover USA had a steady percentage, in 1990 they had around 14% then it decline to 13% as same as in the 2005, then grow to around 15% in 2000.
