Overall, most of the factors are more appealing to younger people, while they got lower attention in general from older workers. Most of the points got equal consideration, nevertheless there is a visible difference in preferences between both age groups.

First of all, workers from 18 to 30 age group value almost each factor similarly, as the other categorie does. Despite that, Promotion aspects tends to be an extremely important factor for younger workers, as it got 80 percent of attention from them. Relaxed working environment got the same result, achieving 80 percent. Unexpectedly, Chance for personal development became the most popular point, rising up to 90 percent.

Secondly, workers from 45 to 60 age group have shown no considerable interest in most of the factors affecting work performance, hardly ever getting higher results than younger people. They got equal results on the Team spirit factor, which was 60 percent, and Work environment with 30 percent result. Eldery people got the lowest outcome in Job security figure, receiving only 20 percent. They outgrew younger workers in Competent boss factor with 55 percent and Respect from colleagues with 45 percent.
