The map illustrates how the factors are affecting work performance on two age groups of workers aged from 18 to 30 years and 45 to 60 years.
Overall, the internal factors are more affected than the external factors on the given age groups.
In terms of team spirit, both the age groups are affected with 50% of their work performance. Similarly, in work environment the work performance is affected equally with 30% for 18-30 and 45 to 60 age groups. Money is the highest factor for both the groups where, 18-30 age group occupied around 70% while 45 to 60 age group are affected with 69%.
On the other hand, for chance for personal development, the young age group are affected the most with 85% people while the 45-60 age are affected merely 40%. However, relaxed work environment and promotion prospects the youth voted 80% in the survey. There is a slight difference in job satisfaction, competent boss and respect from colleagues and in job security 45-60 age group has voted least compared to 18-30 age groups with 20% and 40% respectively.
