Overall, it can be seen that idividuals aged 31- 50 was the highest level, and people who used phone age of 16-30 was the dominant user in this figure. However, these two groups declined at the end of the period. By contrast, there was a growth in the percentage of phone preffered in the age groups under 15 and over 50.
In more detail,In 1998, people who used less than 15 age consisted 2%, while 53% of people in the age of 16- 30 preferred like devices. However, figure highlights that groups aged under 15 grew to 8% and 9% which given in 1999 and 2000 respectively. In contrast, the 31-50 age group decreased by 53% from 45 % in 1999 to 44% in 2000.
Regarding the usage of phone for 31 – 50 years, they started at 41 % and then it went down slightly to 39% in 1999. Subsequently, the figure finished at 37 %. When it come to more than age of 50, they used 4% in 1999 after which was followed by slightly increase 8 % and 10% in 1999 and 2000 in terms.
