Additionally, there was noticeable rise in vegetable and fish eating among all group from 2014 to 2017, with a peak seen in 2016.
From 2011 and 2013, all categories ensured a similar trend, with women who eat more than five portions of vegetables and fish each day was around 20. Despite a lower figure, the number of men who eat more than 5 portions of food increase gradually. Meanwhile, children had the lowest intake at approximately 15. This unchanging remained almost unchanged until 2013, with only oscillate slightly in two groups of people.
From 2014 to 2017, the quantity of people started to rise noticeably. Women saw the most considerable growth, reaching a peak of 36 in 2016, before slightly dropping in the next year. As for the number of men saw a marginal growth to 24 but then dropped slightly to 23. After that, an noticeable upward trend to 26 in the final year. Meanwhile, the number of children went up barely over the years.
