From 1971 to 1991, the figures decreased considerably, except for one car. No car recorded the highest at 43%, before dropping dramatically to 27% in 1991. The figures for one car and two or more cars climbed gradually to 43% which was the highest, and 23%, respectively. One car was 16% higher than that of no car, and twice as high as that of two or more cars.
In the last decade, one car remained the highest at 37% in 2001. In contrast, no car rose slightly to 25%, which had the same percentage as two or more cars and ranked the lowest. One car was 12% higher than the others.
