It is delineated from the given table that the comparison among the proportional allocation of employees in six distinct industtries over a span of two decades, from 1989 to 2009.
Looking from an overall perspectibe, the data exhibits a marked transformation in six types of employment sector which are Manufacturing, Retail, Health care, Construction, Education, Tourism, in the manufacturing industries witnessing a marked surge in others catagory.
To commence, In 1989, 15% and 11.8% people worked in manufacturing and retail industries, respectively. Over the following two decades, the former’s rate dropped significantly to 9.8% in 2009. Meanwhile, there was a slight decrease to 10.1% in retail industry.
By contrast, Healthcare industry started the period as the third employee with 9.6%, after which this numbers grew gradually 11.3%. Turning into Conraction and Education both sector are increased 7.6% to 8.3% and 6.8% to 7.5%. respectivly. The least was tourism where 5.5% to 7.3%.
