The bar chart given above illustrates the various ways of waste utilization in Toronto, Madrid, Kuala Lumpur and Amman. In the bar were included four different ways of waste disposal, which are landfill, incineration, recycling and compositing.
Overall, it could be seen that in all of the cities most popular method of utilization is landill and inceneration respectively. While compositing remains at the lowest percentage among all cities.
As shown in the graph, landfill is the most popular method of utilization in Toronto and Amman, with the percentage of use approximately 74% and 48% respectively. On the other hand, Madrid and Kuala Lumpur’s most favored ways of utilization are Inceneration. It has shown use of 55% for Kula Lumpur, and little bit lower for the Madrid with 40%. Recycling has shown almost the same percentage for both mentioned abvoe ciites, and slightly lower use for the Amman with 10%, and less than that for Toronto.
Moreover, incineration was the second popular method for the waste disposal in Toronto, although there is a drasticall range difference between the first and the second most popular methods. Lastly, all cities did not prefer compositing as the major method for waste utilization, that’s why it has the lowest percentage across all four cities, with the highest ranking in Madrid, while the lowest ranking of percentage was illustrated in Amman. Two other cities has shown relatively similar percentage of use.
