Overall, the proportion of individuals who did no exercise increased with age for genders. Furthermore, men did more exercise than women across all ages. Both genders reached the pick and did no exercise in 55 and under age . For men the highest level is 37% and for women is 43%.
Man, among the 18-24 age group, around 12% were inactive, which was the lowest percentage on the chart. In the next age group (25-34), inactivity increased to 22%, marking a 10% rise. In the age of (35-44) males who did no exercise reached point 28%. This trend of increasing inactivity continued in the oldest age groups. In the 45-54 and 55 and under age groups, 33% and 37% of individuals, respectively, did not engage in exercise.
In contrast, not exercising was markedly more prevalent especially among women. Women, among the 18-24 age group, were around 18% inactive, which was the lowest percentage for women. In the next age group (25-34), inactivity increased to 28%, marking a 10% rise. However, this increase became less pronounced in the older age groups. In the 35-44 and 45-54 age groups, 32% and 38% of individuals, respectively, did not engage in exercise. This trend of increasing inactivity continued in the oldest age group (55+), where the percentage reached a significant 43%, the highest level observed.
