Overall, South Korea experienced the maximum number of students, whereas Iceland faced the minimum number. Every country’s student number was higher in Lower secondary school with some exceptions.
In detail, South Korea, Japan, Mexico and Iceland exhibited more students in Lower secondary school than Primary school. For South Korea, number of students in Primary school slightly increased to around 37 while it climbed moderately to about 32 for Japan. Meanwhile, Mexico displayed a significant growth of approximately 32 students, but Iceland faced a slight rise of nearly 18 students.
In contrast, UK, Denmark, and the world average displayed more students in Primary school then Lower secondary school. The students in Primary school insignificantly decreased to about 22 and 18 for UK and Denmark while the average of the world showed the similar trend with a little decline of approximately 23 students in Lower secondary school.”
